Simon Bolivar THE BEGINNING Simon Jose Antonio de la Santisima Trinidad Bolivar was natural in Caracas on July 24, 1783 to don Juan Vicente Bolivar y Ponte y dona mare de la Concepcion Palacios y Blanco.
